Accounting Users can now set-up their Prepayments beginning balances as subsidiary ledger for easy recording of current periods’ amortization and monitor effectively and efficiently the amortized and unamortized balances for each type of Prepayment account. Users can also file their respective payment requests for processing and approval online. Once the check payments for Prepayment voucher transactions are released, it will automatically go to the list of items subject for amortization.

Employees can file their respective company loan applications, for processing and approval online. Accounting Users would be able to set-up, as subsidiary ledger, the beginning balances, current year loan applications and releases, and monitor the same for payroll deduction purposes. Once the check payments for Employee Loan voucher transactions are released, it will automatically go to the list of items subject for amortization.

Accounting Users can now set-up the Cash Advance beginning balances as subsidiary ledger for effective and efficient monitoring of employees with unliquidated cash advances. Employees can subsequently file their respective cash advance liquidation for processing and approval online. Any difference between the outstanding cash advance and the actual amount liquidated, the system can automatically detect and creates a new transaction document if it is for collection or payment for reimbursement.
